Chacolinks’ Charitable Status
Chacolinks is a small charitable
group raising under £5000 a year. As such, we are exempt from
registering with the Charity Commission, under the provisions of
the 2006 Charities Act. Consequently, we do not have a charity registration
number. Voluntary registration, which we would be very keen to do,
will not be possible until 2009 or 2010. For anyone who wishes to
see it, we have a letter from the Charity Commission, dated August
2007, confirming this information. We are also very happy to send
our annual accounts, on request. Please email Clare at: chacolinks@fastmail.fm
